Luxury Pai is pleased to offer complimentary global shipping on all orders exceeding a total value of £999.

The calculation of shipping costs, for orders below £999, will be determined by the weight of the purchased product(s) and the geographical location to which they will be delivered.

Please note that Luxury Pai cannot be held accountable for any complications you may encounter with the carrier’s services. This includes but is not limited to instances of lost or stolen items, or delays in delivery timeframes. In such cases, customers are advised to directly contact the respective carrier for resolution.

It is the responsibility of customers to supply complete and accurate shipping information. This includes the correct ZIP (postal) code, street address, and area name to prevent any potential hindrances or delays in the delivery process.

Our international clientele are informed that they may be required to cover additional costs such as VAT/Import Duty/Local Taxes, depending on the regulations and policies of their respective countries. These costs are not included in the order value, and may need to be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery. Please note that these charges are separate from the price paid while placing the order, and are subject to local legislative control.
