Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Luxury Pai Ltd, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. However, we acknowledge that there may be occasions when a return or exchange is necessary.
Return Eligibility Requirements
Should a customer wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Luxury Pai Ltd.

Any shipping costs initially incurred by Luxury Pai Ltd to deliver the product will be borne by the customer.

A restocking fee of either 5% of the product value or £15 (whichever is higher) will be levied.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

The product tag must remain intact and unremoved.
Defective Product Policy
In the event of a claimed defect, our quality assurance team will conduct an inspection. If the defect is verified, a refund will be issued the cost of the product.
Please be aware of the following aspects which are not considered defects:

Small knots or bumps in threads resulting from broken threads being pieced together.

Uneven threads connecting the border to the body of the product.
-
Slubs - residual threads bundled together in knots.
-
Minor gaps in and around motifs.
-
Dye 'bleeding' onto the pallu from the body, a common occurrence in powerloom sarees.

Color discrepancies - while we make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our sarees, variations may occur due to individual device settings. If you are unsure about a color, we recommend checking with our team prior to purchase.
Confirmed defects include:

A tear in the saree.
-
Incorrect length (different from the stated length).
-
Missing blouse piece, if it was stated that the saree includes a blouse piece.

Return/Exchange Process
Customers may return an item for store credit or exchange it for a product of the same or greater value.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@luxurypai.com detailing your concern within three days of receipt of the product.
Upon confirmation of the return, the product should be shipped back to us within seven days of receipt. If you have any concerns about the return timeline or process, please email us.
Please note, return shipping and any related customs charges for international returns will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable / Non-cancellable Items
Due to the nature of these items, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Readymade blouses.

Custom, Made-to-Order, or personalized orders, including blouses orders not yet processed.

Any product that has previously been exchanged - each order is eligible for only one return/exchange.

Sarees for which the blouse has been custom stitched as per customer's measurements.
-
Discounted items or items purchased during a sale.
This includes products purchased during a site-wide sale or other discounts, but excludes products bought using an affiliate's discount coupon or an initial sign-up discount.
