Refund Policy

At Luxury Pai Ltd, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we recognise that there may be occasions when a refund becomes necessary.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds can only be issued if the product is found to be defective, or if a return request is initiated within three days of the product's receipt. To start the return process, please email us at hello@luxurypai.com. The product must be returned to us within seven working days, maintaining its original condition, folds, and tags. Products returned in altered folds or without tags may not qualify for a full refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been shipped, whichever comes first. Post this period, cancellations will not be accepted, and the item must follow the standard return/exchange procedure.

 

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will send an email confirmation notifying you of the status of your return. If the product is undamaged and qualifies for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 1-2 business days. The refund amount will reflect the product price and will be credited through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, a service charge of 5% will be applied to returns that are not due to product defects.

Contact us at hello@luxurypai.com before initiating any return. Only after receiving the return and verifying the product's condition will an exchange or store credit be issued.

 

Exemptions from Return/Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Readymade blouses.
  • Custom, Made-to-Order, or personalized orders, including blouses orders not yet processed.
  • Any product that has previously been exchanged - each order is eligible for only one return/exchange.
  • Sarees for which the blouse has been custom stitched as per customer's measurements.
  • Discounted items or items purchased during a sale, including products purchased during a site-wide sale or with other discounts. This does not apply to products bought using an affiliate's discount coupon or an initial sign-up discount.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If a returned item is not in its original condition, or the tags have been removed, the item may not be eligible for a full refund. The customer will also be accountable for any loss in value of the returned product.

Please note, any customs duties or charges for returns must be borne by the customer.
